Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Yusuke Okumura, Warden of Medical Correction Center in East Japan ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 4 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : medicine Supplies. ⑷ Delivery period : by March 31, 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : The place designated by official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order on Budgets, the Settlement of Accounts and Accounting ; ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order on Budgets, the Settlement of Accounts and Accounting ; ③Have the Grade A or B or C or D in "sale of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal year of 2025, 2026 and 2027 ; ④Meet the qualification requirement which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order on Budgets, the Settlement of Accounts and Accounting.
