Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : MORIMOTO Akira Director of Chubu Regional Development Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 73 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Newspaper, radio and WEB advertising for the general public by the Chubu Regional Development Bureau. ⑷ Fulfillment period : From the day after signing the contract through 23 March 2027. ⑸ Fulfillment place : as in tender Documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ② have Grade A or B on "offer of services" in Tokai-Hokuriku area or Kanto-Koshinetsu area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025/2026/2027 ③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Chubu Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for submission of certificate to Bid Opening. ④ not be the stated person under the commencement of reorganization proceedings or under the beginning of rehabilitation proceedings (except for the person who has the procedure of reapplication under the notification of the competing participation qualification). ⑤ not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned. ⑥ The person who obtained a bid manual from the person of ordering directly. ⑦ To submit reference quotation specified in the tender documentation. ⑺ Time-limit for submission of certificate : 16 : 00 30 March, 2026 ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 16 : 00 23 April, 2026 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : OMORI Hirofumi, the second Purchase Section, Contract Division, General Affairs Development, Chubu Regional Development Bureau, Ministry of Land Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, 2-5-1, Sannomaru, Naka-ku, Nagoya-shi, Aichi-ken, 460-8514, Japan, TEL 052-953-8138 ex 2539
