Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KIMOTO Masahide, President, National Institute for Environmental Studies (NIES) ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 24 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be leased and maintained : Sensitive ion mobility imaging mass spectrometer system. 1 set. Lease ⑷ Lease period : From 1, June, 2026 through 31, March, 2031 ⑸ Lease place : National Institute for Environmental Studies ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① are classified as Grade A, B or C "offer of services" (Lease) in terms of the qualifications for participating in tenders by Ministry of the Environment (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 ; ② not come under Article 5 of Detailed Rules concerning the Contract for NIES.
