⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Kushibiki Yuiichiro Warden of Kyoto Prison ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 6 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased 1 Article : Copying Paper A4 size : 10,192 pieces (2,500 pieces of one box (five entering 500 pieces)) 2 Article : Copying Paper A3 size : 161 pieces (1,500 pieces of one box (three entering 500 pieces)) 3 Article : Copying Paper B4 size : 5 pieces (2,500 pieces of one box (five entering 500 pieces)) 4 Article : Copying Paper B5 size : 18 pieces (2,500 pieces of one box (five entering 500 pieces)) ⑷ Delivery period : From Contract date to 31 March 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : Please refer to the bid manual for details. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Persons under Conservatorship or Persons under Assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have the Grade A, B or C in the paper, paper artifacts "Sale of product" in the Kinki area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027. ④Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ⑺ Time limit for tender : 17 : 00, 15.
