Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Kiyoko Nishioka, Director of Tokyo Juvenile Classification Home. ⑵ Classification of the service to be procured : 1 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : General Service of 3 meals daily for juveniles in this home for 1 year. ⑷ Specification of procurement : According to the bid manual and specification. ⑸ Delivery period : From 1 April 2026 through 31 March 2027. ⑹ Delivery place : Place designated by Director of Tokyo Juvenile Classification Home. ⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have grade A, B, C or D in "sale of product" qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations in the Kanto-Koshinetsu Region related to the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026, 2027.
