Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : FUJITA Masato, Obligating officer Director of the Finance Division, Minister"s Secretariat, Ministry of Justice. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Annual Supply of Equipment and Materials for Advanced Analysis of Communication Devices 1 set ⑷ Delivery period : As shown in a specification. ⑸ Delivery place : The place will be specified later. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ⒜Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ⒝Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ⒞Have Grade A or B "Sale of products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal year of 2025, 2026, 2027. ⒟Have Grade C "Sale of products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal year of 2025, 2026, 2027 and have a record of supply contracts contract concerned of more than equal. ⒠Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 PM 16 March 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : IWANO Daichi, Procurement Section, Finance Division, Minister"s Secretariat, Ministry of Justice, 1-1-1 Kasumigaseki Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-8977 Japan.
