B Not come under clause 2 Article 4 of the Regulation concerning the Contact for National Research Institute for Earth Science and Disaster Resilience. C have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade C or Grade D qualification during fiscal 2025・2026・2027 in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency. D Not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the Obligating Officer.
