⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Toru Nakamichi, Warden of the Nagano Prison. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : About 326,000㎥ of medium pressure gas to be used in Nagano Prison. ⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027. ⑸ Delivery place : Place designated by official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Persons under Conservatorship or Persons under Assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A or B in the Kanto-Kousinetu area in "Manufacture of products" or "Sale of products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tender related to the Ministry of Justice (the standardized qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years of 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④Suppliers who intend to put in a bid without above qualifications may be eligible only if they will be entitled to the qualifications and the relevant grade, and be registered in the list of qualified bidders on before 23 March 2026. ⑺ Tender submission dead line : 17 : 00, 24 March 2026 (tenders submitted by post must reach by 17 : 00, 24 March 2026). ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Tomokazu Shoji, Supply Section, Nagano Prison, 1200 Suzaka, Suzaka-city, Nagano, 382-8633 Japan TEL 026-245-0900 ext. 132 ⑼ This matter is the item which can use an electronic procurement system. |
