⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hitoshi Mimura, Chief of Miyazaki Prefectural Info-Communications Department, Kyushu Regional Police Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 15, 29 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Command Communications Equipment for Miyazaki Prefectural Police Headquarters (Information processing system), 1 Set ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 March 2027 to 28 February 2031 ⑸ Fulfillment place : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, persons under conservatorship or persons under assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have Grade A, B or C "Offer of services etc" in terms of the qualification for the participation in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026, 2027. ④ Are not being suspended from Transactions by request of National Police Agency. ⑤ Are not the business entities whose management is substantially influenced by a gangster of the person who has exclusion request from the Japanese government and the state concerned still continues. ⑺ Time-limit for Tender : 17 : 15, 23 April 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Communications General Affairs Section, Miyazaki Prefectural Info-Communications Department, Kyushu Regional Police Bureau, 1-8-28 Asahi, Miyazaki-shi 880-8509 Japan.
