Summary of notice	Summary This procurement is a project where material submission and bidding are conducted electronically (IC card required). Those who are unable to use this service may submit bids in writing only with the approval of the ordering party. (1) Nature and quantity of the products to be procured: Introduction and operation of the Gifu Prefecture Emergency and Disaster Medical Information System (See the tender documents for more details.) (2) Contract fulfillment period: From the date of the contract through 30 September 2031 (3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation: Every day from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from 12 February 2026 through 20 February 2026 (excluding weekends and national holidays) (4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant documents: 8:00 p.m. 20 February 2026 Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 2 March 2026. (5) Date, time, and place for the opening of bids and tenders: The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at 2:00 p.m. on 25 March 2026 at the Meeting Room 1-1 (1F of the Gifu Prefectural Think Tank Building). (Tenders submitted by mail or electronically must be received by 5:00 p.m. on 24 March 2026.)
