Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : YAMASHITA Masanori, Procurement section chief of Jujo SubDepot of the 2nd Air Depot, JASDF, Ministry of Defense. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 6, 21, 23, 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : ① Office consumables, 1 set. ② Office furniture, 1 set. ③ Daily necessities, 1 set. The items and the amount to be purchased are based on the list of items of the implementation guideline. ⑷ Delivery period : as in the tender documentation. ⑸ Delivery place : as in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 10, each clause except clause 11 of the law concerning reform of public service by introduction of competition applied in Article 15. ② Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under conservatorship or person under assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons with in the said clause. ③ Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ④ Have Grade A, B or C in "Manufacture" or "Sale" in the Kanto and Koshinetsu area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Defense (Single-qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. ⑤ The person who is not being suspended from transactions by the request of the Ministry of Defense. ⑺ Time Limit for tender : 5 PM, 23.
