Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : IMAI Kazuya, Director-General of Administration Department, Japan Meteorological Agency ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 14, 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be leased (procured) : ① Production, lease and procurement of the volcanic ash advisory and ash fall forecast distribution system (VAFS), and installation, maintenance and setting of VAFS into the JMA information system infrastructure, 1 set ② Production, lease and procurement of the Earthquake Phenomena Observation System (EPOS), and installation, maintenance and setting of EPOS into the JMA information system infrastructure, 1 set ③ Production, purchase, installation, maintenance and setting of the Regional Earthquake Data Center system (REDC), 1 set ⑷①② Lease period : as per the specifications ③ Fulfillment period : as per the specifications ⑸①② Lease place : as per the specifications ③ Fulfillment place : as per the specifications ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ⒜ not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
