⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 24
⑶ Nature of the products to be purchased : unit price contract for DNA analyzing reagents
⑷ The term of this Contract : From 1 April, 2026 to 31 March, 2027
⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Eligible suppliers shall be those who :
① Do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, persons under conservatorship or persons under Assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② Do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ Have Grade A, B or C "Manufacture of product" or "Sale of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026, & 2027.
④ Are not being suspended from transactions by request from the officials in charge of contract.
⑤ Are not substantially involving in any organized crime syndicates or being excluded from Japanese government bidding competition.
⑥ Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order
⑺ Time limit to tender : 15 : 00, 24 March, 2026
