⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Taishi Yamamoto, Director of the Development Construction Department, Okinawa General Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Procurement suppurt work related to renewal of contract inspection management system ⑷ Delivery period : From the day after the contract is conluded until November 30 2026 ⑸ Delivery place : As in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ② In the Cabinet Office"s qualification for competitive bidding (unified qualification for all ministries and agencies) for fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027, bidders must be certified as B or C for "software development" in the Kyushu and Okinawa region under "provision of services, etc." ③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director of the Development Construction Department, Okinawa General Bureau from Time-limit for the tender to Bid Opening. ④ Possess the necessary organization, personnel, and facilities for the smooth and continuous execution of this business. ⑤ Candidates must have the relevant knowledge necessary to carry out the work, sufficient evaluation and analytical skills, and project management skills. The organization or department carrying out this work must have experience in providing consulting services in the information systems of the government or independent administrative agencies. ⑥ Obtaining either ISO/IEC27001 or JIS Q27001 certification. ⑺ Time-limit for the submission of certificate : 12 : 00 4 March, 2026. ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 12 : 00 24 March, 2026. ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Administration section, Development Construction Department, Okinawa General Bureau, 2-1-1 Omoromachi, Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture, Japan.
