Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : SHIGENARI Mari, Finance Division, Commissioner-General"s Secretariat, National Police Agency. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : ① Multi-Locus kit (A41880) 24 boxes and other 2 kinds ② Buccal cell collection kit, 38,400 sets ③ Consumables for forensic DNA typing (DNA IQ Automation Kit (Promega X7811)) 384 boxes and other 53 Kinds ⑷ Delivery period : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tenders are those who : ① Do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, persons under conservatorship or persons under assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have Grade A, B or C "Manufacture of product" or "Sale of product" in terms of the qualification for the participation in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027. ④ Are not being suspended from Transactions by request of National Police Agency. ⑤ Are not the business entities whose management is substantially influenced by a gangster or the person who has exclusion request from the Japanese government and the state concerned still continues. ⑺ Time-limit for Tender : 17 : 00 23 Mar-ch, 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : CHIDA Goro, Finance Division, Commissioner General"s Secretariat, National Police Agency, 2-1-2 Kasumigaseki Chiyoda-ku Tokyo 100-8974 Japan.
