⑴ Contracting Entity : Kazumi Shindo, Executive Director, National Research Institute for Earth Science and Disaster Resilience ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : ① The cable inspections of Seafloor observation network for earthquakes and tsunamis along the Japan Trench at the landing site 1 set ② Support services for operating the data processing systems of N-net 1 set ③ Support services for the operation and management of waveform processing equipment of seafloor earthquake observation system 1 set ④ Operation of the Cryospheric Environment Simulator 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment Period : ①②③ From 1 April 2026 through 31 March 2027. ④ From 1 April 2026 through 29 March 2030. ⑸ Delivery or Fulfillment place : As shown in the specification. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : A Not come under clause 1 Article 4 of the Regulation concerning the Contact for National Research Institute for Earth Science and Disaster Resilience. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. B Not come under clause 2 Article 4 of the Regulation concerning the Contact for National Research Institute for Earth Science and Disaster Resilience. C have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade C or Grade D qualification during fiscal 2025・2026・2027 in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency. D Not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the Obligating Officer.
