Summary of notice Summary
This procurement is a project where materials submission and bidding are
conducted electronically (IC card required). Those who cannot use this
service may submit bids in writing (hereinafter referred to as "paper
bidding method") only with the approval of the ordering party.
For information on the requirements to use the Gifu Prefecture
E-Procurement System, please check the "Gifu Prefecture E-Procurement
Service Terms of Use."
In case you have not completed the procedure to change your IC card after
you changed your trade name, name, address, or representative, please
participate in the bid by using the paper bidding method. If you use your
IC card without completing the procedure to change it, your bid may be
invalidated, or your bid participation qualifications may be suspended.
(1) Nature and quantity of the services (products) to be procured:
(Contract by unit price of motor vehicle fuel)
Premium unleaded gasoline 61,400 L
Regular unleaded gasoline 371,200 L
Diesel fuel 25,800 L
(2) Contract fulfillment period:
From 1 April 2026 through 31 March 2027
(3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation:
Every day from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. from 23 January 2026 through
12 February 2026 (excluding weekends, national holidays and limited to
the operating hours of the Gifu Prefecture e-procurement system)
(4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant
documents: 5:00 p.m. 13 February 2026
Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 26 February 2026
(5) Date, time and place for the opening of bids and tenders:
(a) Tender documentation submission period via Gifu Prefecture
e-procurement system
From 9:00 a.m. 27 February 2026 to 5:00 p.m. 5 March 2026 (limited to
the operating hours of the Gifu Prefecture e-procurement system)
(b) Date, time, and place for the opening of bids and tenders
The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly
at 10:00 a.m. on 6 March 2026 at the Meeting Room (5F of the Gifu
Prefectural Police Headquarters Building).
(Tenders submitted by mail must be received by 5:00 p.m. on 5 March
2026.)
