⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : SHIGENARI Mari, Finance Division, Commissioner-General"s Secretariat, National Police Agency. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 17 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : ① Sport utility vehicle type car to deal with disasters (2,000cc class 4WD) 5 ② Vehicle for mobile investigation units 136 ③ Vehicle for surveillance 13 ④ Criminal identification car 10 ⑤ Radio equipped sport utility vehicle type for plain clothes police officers use (Small size) 8 ⑥ Light van for plain clothes police officers use 22 ⑦ Middle size patrol vehicle 5 ⑷ Delivery period : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tenders are those who : ① Do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, persons under conservatorship or persons under assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have Grade A, B or C "Manufacture of product" or "Sale of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026, 2027. ④ Are not being suspended from transactions by request of National Police Agency. ⑤ Not be the business operators that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Japanese Government is continuing state concerned. ⑺ Time-limit for Tender : 17 : 00 16, Ma rch 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : CHIDA Goro, Finance Division, Commissioner-General"s Secretariat, National Police Agency, 2-1-2 Kasumigaseki Chiyoda-ku Tokyo 100-8974 Japan.
