Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hidemasa Nakamura, the Obligating Officer, Director General of Child Development Bureau, Children and Families Agency ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 73 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : A set of work related to the spread and enlightenment for enhancing the understanding towards infertility and reccurent pregnancy loss. ⑷ Fulfillment period : From a contract day to March, 31, 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : 3-2-5 Kasumigaseki Chiyoda-ku Tokyo Maternal and Child Health Division, Children and Families Agency ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ; furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ②not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ③are not being suspended from transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract ④have Grade A, B, or C on "offer of services etc." in the Kanto-Koshinetsu Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Children and Families Agency (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 ⑤prove to have no false statement in tendering documents ⑥prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating ⑦meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 PM, March 10, 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Shinsaka Watanabe Maternal and Child Health Division, Child Development Bureau, Children and Families Agency, 3-2-5 Kasumigaseki Chiyoda-ku Tokyo 100-6090 Japan TEL 03-6862-0402
