Furthermore, minors, Persons under Conservatorship or Persons under Assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A, B or C in "Sale of products" in the KantoKoushinetsu area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years of 2025, 2026, and 2027. ④Meet the qualification requirements which the obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 5 March 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Nozomi Urabe, Procurement Section, Accounting Division, Yokohama District Legal Affairs Bureau, 5-57 Kitanakadori Naka-ku, Yokohama-city, Kanagawa Prefecture 231-8411 Japan.
