(1) Nature and quantity of the services to be procured (scheduled quantity): Electricity supply for the Gifu Prefectural Government Building: 5,808,789 kWh (2) Contract fulfillment period: From 0:00 1 April 2026 through 24:00 31 March 2027 (12 months) Facility name: Gifu Prefectural Government Building (including the Assembly Building) (3) Date, time, and place for the distribution of the tender documentation: Every day from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. from 7 January 2026 through 23 January 2026 (excluding weekends and national holidays) on the Gifu Prefecture Electronic Procurement System (Bidding Information Disclosure System) (4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant documents: 5:00 p.m. 4 February 2026 Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 10 February 2026 (5) Date, time, and place for the opening of bids and tenders: The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at 2:00 p.m. on 18 February 2026 at the Meeting Room 403 (4F of the Gifu Prefectural Government Building).
