Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the Consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ have, according to the qualifications for Participation in Open Tendering Procedures of the Cabinet Office in 2025, 2026 and 2027 (all ministries and Government Offices" integrated Qualification), Grade-A, B or C qualification for "offers of services". ④ not be in the period of suspension from participating in tendering according to the procedures for Suspending Participation in Tendering for Products, etc. of the Cabinet office. ⑤ have submitted and received approval of the "Application for Confirmation of Qualification for Tender Participation" as per the Specification for Tenders. ⑺ Time-Limit for tender : 12 : 00 PM 27 February 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : TANAKA Yasutomo, Second Contract Section, Accounts Division, Minister"s Secretariat, Cabinet Office, 1-6-1 Nagata-cho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-8914, Japan.
