Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Munehiro Kaji, Obligating officer Director-General of Sapporo Legal Affairs Bureau ⑵ Classification of service to be procured : 75 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Institution Management/administration duties complete set in Government buildings that Sapporo Legal Affairs Bureau manages ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April 2026 through 31 March, 2029 ⑸ Fulfillment place : As in the tender explanation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Persons under Conservatorship or Persons under Assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A or B in "offer of services etc" in the Hokkaido area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④Meet the qualification requirements which The Obligating Officer Director may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 17 February 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Itaru Fujita, Procurement Section, Accounting Division, Sapporo Legal Affairs Bureau, 1-1 Nishi2-Kita8 Kita-ku Sapporo-shi Hokkaido 060-0808 Japan.
