Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Ryo Nishiyama, Obligating Officer, Director-General of Tokyo Regional Immigration Services Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : As for the toner cartridges, it is a (duties system) contract of supply. ⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April 2026 through 31 March 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualifications for participation in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A, B or C in "Sale of product" qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations in the Kanto・Koushinetsu Region related to the Ministry of Justice (Single qualifications for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026, 2027. ④Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 12 February 2026.
