Estimated volume of electri city : 3,164,000kWh. ⒝ Electricity to be used in Saga National Government Building No.2 contract 290 kW. Estimated volume of electricity : 511,000kWh. ⒞ Electricity to be used in Kokura National Government Building contract 266kW. Estimated volume of electricity : 305,000kWh. ⒟ Electricity to be used in Sasebo National Government Building contract 289kW. Estimated volume of electricity : 419,600kWh. ⒠ Electricity to be used in Nagasaki Local Finance Office Building contract 38kW. Estimated volume of electricity : 47,300kWh. ⑷ Delivery period : From April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027. ⑸ Delivery place : As in the tender manual. ⑹ Qualifications for participation in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have Grade A, B or C "Selling" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations in the Kyushu・Okinawa area related to the Ministry of Finance (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④ Have registered in accordance with article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law. ⑤ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO. ⑥ Details and others : as in the tender manual ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 P.M.
