Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Uchikoga Teiji Director-General of Sendai Legal Affairs Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be used in The building of the Sendai Common Government Office and other 41 Branches Bureau Government Offices : Estimated annual consumption of 5,487,900kWh. ⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April 2026 through 31 March 2027. ⑸ Delivery place : As in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order on Budgets, the Settlement of Accounts, and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Curatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order on Budgets, the Settlement of Accounts, and Accounting. ③Have Grade A in "sale of products" in terms of the qualification in the Tohoku area and the Kanto Koushinetsu area for participating in tenders laid down by Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal year of 2025, 2026, 2027. ④Have permission to be a retail electric enterprise in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act. ⑤Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO and meet the qualification requirements which The Obligating Officer Director may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order on Budgets, the Settlement of Accounts, and Accounting. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 3 February, 2026. ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Saito Toshihiro, Finance Division, Sendai Legal Affairs Bureau, 7-25 Kasugamachi Aoba-ku Sendai-shi 980-8601 Japan.
