Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Tachibana Gou, Director of General Affairs Department, Akita Labor Bureau ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 75 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Cleaning services to perform in each Akita labor bureaus institution in 2026 fiscal year ⑷ Services period : From a contract day to 31 March 2027 ⑸ Services place : on the specification ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : (A)Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. (B)Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. (C)Prove to have no false statement in tendering documents. (D)Prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating and prove to perform the contract appropriately. (E)Not be during a period of receiving the nomination stop from Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. (F)Have Grade A, B or C on "offer of services (business lines should be "Building management and other maintenance/management operations")" in Tohoku Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025 2026 and 2027. (G)For Bidders subject to the following insurance system of each item, and it is not in arrears either of insurance premiums (2 insurance year about ⒠ and ⒡) for the last two years of the bid submission deadline of this bid : ⒜Welfare annuity insurance ⒝Health insurance (the thing which association of national health insurance has jurisdiction over) ⒞Seaman"s insurance ⒟National pension ⒠Worker"s compensation insurance ⒡Unemployment insurance (H)Are not being suspended from transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract (I)Prove to have no false statement in tendering documents (J)Prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating (K)Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 10 : 00 AM, 3 February, 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Hayase Sasaki, Accounting section 1, General Affairs Department, Akita Labor Bureau, 7-1-3 Sannou Akita City Akita 010-0951 Japan.
