③ ①have Grade A or B or C or D in "Sales of products" of Business items "pharmaceuticals and medical supplies" and "Offer of service etc" of Business items "others" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Sikoku Region, ②have Grade A or B or C or D in "Sales of products" of Business items "others" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Sikoku Region, ③have Grade A or B or C or D in "Sales of products" of Business items "fuel" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Sikoku Region, ④meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify,
