Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KAKISHITA Yoshihiro, Director General of Kyusyu Regional Development Bureau ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 15, 28 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be manufactured : Information transmission device manufacturing (Kyushu Regional Development Bureau), 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : From the next day of contract through 20 September 2026 ⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ② have Grade A, B or C on "manufacture of product" or "sale of product" in Kyusyu・Okinawa Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Minisof Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025, 2026 and 2027 ③ not have filed a petition for the commencement of reorganization proceedings under the Corporate Reorganization Act or the commencement of rehabilitation proceedings under the Civil Rehabilitation Act (except those who have done the procedure of reapplication under the notification of the competing participation qualification) ④ not be under suspension of nomination by Director General of Kyushu Regional Development Bureau from time limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification to Bid Opening ⑤ be the person who proved that there is a performance in the bid manual ⑥ have proven to have prepared a system to provide rapid after sales service and supply of goods in the bid manual for the products concerned ⑦ not have applied individually its members, if applying as a business cooperative ⑧ not be the person that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned ⑨ be the person who obtained a bid manual from the person of ordering directly ⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification : 12 : 00 7 January 2026 ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 6 February 2026 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : KOGA Ryusuke Purchase Section, Contract Division, General Affairs Department, Kyusyu Regional development Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, 2-10-7, Hakataekihigashi, Hakataku Fukuoka city, Fukuoka, 812-0013 Japan, TEL 092-476-3509 ex. 2537
