⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased :
① Contract electricity for the building of Gunma Prefectural Police Academy : 252kW The estimated electricity to be used per year : 503,440kWh
② Contract electricity for the building of Gunma Prefectural Police Riot Police : 61kW The estimated electricity to be used per year : 181,280kWh
⑷ Delivery period : From April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027
⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tenders are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Persons under Curatorship or Persons under Assistance who obtained the required consent to conclude a contract may be applicable to cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ Be graded as A, B or C in "Sale of products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by The Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027.
④ Not be suspended from transactions by a request of the official in charge of contract.
⑤ Not have an exclusion request from the Japanese government as a business operator whose management is substantially influenced by a gangster and the state concerned still continues.
⑥ Be registered as a Electricity Business Retailer in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act.
⑦ Meet the standards of the tender documentation from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
⑺ Time limit for Tender : 15 : 00 January 22, 2026
