Summary (1) Project for establishment of data center services and consignment of their operations and maintenance The Kochi Prefectural Public University Corporation (KPPUC) has decided to establish a set of systems that provides its wide-ranging on-campus as well as cross-campus information services. The current data center the KPPUC uses will cease its operations at the end of March 2028. This Request for Proposal (RFP) solicits proposals for (i) establishing the service provision systems, (ii) procuring equipments necessary for establishing the system, (iii) and system migration from the current system to the new one. The new services are required to stay in full operation for a period of six years; therefore, the descripitions of how the services will be operated and maintained during this period must be provided in specific terms. (2) Deadline for expressing an interest (by bringing or mail): 5:00 P.M. (JST) on December 26 (Friday), 2025 (3) Time-limit for the submission of proposals by bringing or mail: 5:00 P.M.
