⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Seiji Izoe Director General of East Japan Rental Housing Office, Urban Renaissance Agency ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 58 ⑶ Work"s name : house-moving at the housing complex in Kanagawa. ⑷ Required volume : entire house-moving operation ⑸ Fulfillment period : From 24, February, 2026 through 29, February, 2028 ⑹ Fulfillment place : the housing complex in Kanagawa and the places that we indicate later ⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Articles 331 and 332 of the Urban Renaissance Agency"s Rules for the Operation of Accounting Practice ② have been qualified for the purpose of "Service" through the examination of qualifications for the participation in the competitive tendering purchase for procuring equipment by East Japan district, Urban Renaissance Agency in the fiscal year 2025 and 2026. ③ not be currently under a suspension of nomination as instructed by Urban Renaissance Agency. ④ The bidder has not received any administrative sanctions due to violating or conflicting with various relevant laws and regulations since three years after the deadline for submitting the bid. ⑤ have a Permission to be a general cargo automobile transport enterprise in accordance with of the Cargo Automobile Transport Utilities Industry Low. ⑥ have proven to have experienced of the same kind resemblance services. ⑦ The company must have a head office, branch office, etc. in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, or Chiba prefecture. ⑧ have proven to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service for the procured services. ⑨ be who should have received the tender documentation. ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00, 28, January, 2026 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Operations Planning Team, Stock Operations Promotion Department, East Japan Rental Housing Office, Urban Renaissance Agency, Sinjuku i-Land Tower 19F, 6-5-1, Nishi-Sinjuku, Sinjuku-ku, Tokyo 163-1382, Japan TEL 03-5323-2307 |
