Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Ryogo Sugiyama, Director of General Coordination Department, Shiga Labor Bureau ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Supply of high-voltage electricity to the Shiga Comprehensive Labor Government Building and three other facilities Estimated consumption : 580,499kWh ⑷ Procurement Subject : Refer to the tender description and specification of the product. ⑸ Delivery period : As in the tender documentation ⑹ Delivery place : As in the tender documentation ⑺ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under to the provisions of Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, those persons who are minors, or persons under Assistance that obtained the consent required for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause, ② Not be covered by Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting, ③ Be rated with an "A", "B" or "C" during fiscal years 2025/2026/2027 in "Sale of product" for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, which is the uniform qualification for every ministry and agency, ④ There are not being the failure to pay of the premium to depend on nonapplication and these such as Employees" Pension Insurance, Health Insurance (something by which the whole country health insurance society has a pipe palm), Seamen"s Insurance, State Pension, Workers" Compensation Insurance and Unemployment Insurance (there are not being the failure to pay of the premium of most recent two years at proposal presentation), ⑤ Not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the Obligating Officer, ⑥ Prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating, ⑦ Not being currently subject to a suspension of bidding by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, ⑧ Within the past year, you have not received administrative disposition for violating laws and regulations under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. However, this does not apply if you have received an order for suspension of employment, etc. from a labor standards inspection agency for violating labor-related laws and regulations, but have taken corrective measures and received a "Notice of Lifting the Order for Suspension of Use, etc," ⑨ Within the past year, you have not been referred to prosecutors for violating laws and regulations under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, and this fact has not been made public, ⑩ The bidder must be a registered retail electricity provider pursuant to Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act.
