Quantity of the products is as follows : The area of Nagoya Branch (within transmission and distribution area of The Kansai Electric Power Co.,Inc) Estimated annual electric power consumption : about 12,900,000kWh/year (20 places) ⑷ Delivery period : as in the tender documentation ⑸ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited regulation concerning the contract procedures. ② have been qualified through the examination of the documents submitted. Submit following documents till 4 : 00 pm 7 January 2026. ・Copy of the commercial register ・The latest financial statements ・Copy of certificate of tax payment ・Document describing the company career ③ have registered as an electricity retailer in accordance with Article 2-1-3 and Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law. ④ have sales results of supplying electricity as an electricity retail to power receiving stations with high voltage or higher in the past. ⑤ not have capital relationship and personnel relationship with other bidders. ⑥ have not received suspension of registered contractor status or trader after the acceptance of application form for this tender. ⑹ Time-limit for tender : 4 : 00 pm 7 January 2026 (Tenders submitted by registered mail : 4 : 00 pm 7 January 2026) ⑺ Contact point for the notice : Contract Division, General Affairs and Corporate Strategy Department, Nagoya Branch, Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited, 2-18-19 Nishiki Naka-ku, Nagoya, 460-0003, Japan.
