⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Tenderers shall be those who ①not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③have the Grade A, B or C qualified for participating in tenders for the "provision of services" by Single qualification for every ministry and agency in the fiscal year, 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④not be currently under suspension of nomination by JST
⑺ Please be noted that if it is indicated that environmental conditions relating to the procurement are laid down in its tender documents.
⑻ Time limit of tender : 2 : 00 PM 15 January, 2026 (tenders submitted by mail 5 : 00 PM 13 January, 2026)
