Summay of notice ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : ISHIKAWA Toru, Obligating Officer, Director of the Takamatsu Legal Affairs Bureau.
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity to be used in Branch Office of Takamatsu Legal Affairs Bureau and the other 15 Government Offices. The estimated electricity for the year 1,453,931 kWh.
⑷ Delivery term : From 1 April 2026 through 31 March 2027
⑸ Delivery place : As in the tender documentation.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Persons under Conservatorship or Persons under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the clause of said paragraph. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A or B in "Sale of products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the Shikoku area for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years of 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④Have permission to be a retail electric enterprise in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act. ⑤Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
⑺ For this public tender, Government Electronic Procurement System is available.
⑻ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 14 January 2026.
