⑷ Delivery period : From 1, April, 2026 through 31, March, 2027
⑸ Delivery place : Hitotsubashi University
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 6 and 7 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Hitotsubashi University minors, Person under Conservatorship or Personunder Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2025 in the Kanto・Koshinetsu area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C prove to have the ability to deliver the products, required by this notice, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer,
D Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO,
E meet the qualification requirements which President, Hitotsubashi University may specify in accordance with Article 8 of the Regulation,
F not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by President, Hitotsubashi University.
