⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company"s regulation concerning the contract procedures
② Have been qualified through the examination of the documents submitted.
Submit following documents till time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification.
・Copy of the commercial register
・The latest financial statements
・Copy of certificate of tax payment
・Document that described company career
・Application forms and relevant documents for the qualification
③ Submission of materials related to the system for information security necessary for the performance of this project, and confirmation that there will be no concerns about information security in the work.
④ Have successfully completed projects as a contractor for corporate clients utilizing cloud storage services, with the following achievements. These accomplishments may span across multiple contracts, each fulfilling the respective requirements :
Delivered 3,250 user licenses
Designed and built the environment for initial deployment.
Migrated over 250TB of data from an on-premises file server to cloud storage
⑤ Have not received suspension of designated contractor status after the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification.
⑥ Not have capital relationship and personal relationship with other bidders.
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 4 : 00 P.M. 9 January 2026 (Tenders submitted by mail : 4 : 00 P.M. 9 January 2026)
⑻ The language used for application and inquiry shall be Japanese.
