⑷ Fulfillment period : From the following day of a regular gas meter reading in March 2026 scheduled by a General Gas Utility through the regular gas meter reading date in March 2027
⑸ Fulfillment place : National Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ;
B not come under Article 7 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology ;
C have the Grade A, B or C in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Tokai-Hokuriku Region ;
D meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer such as President determines in accordance with Article 5 of the Regulation ;
E have registered in accordance with Article 3 of the Gas Business Act ;
F prove that they can deliver the gas, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer ;
