⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : MINEMOTO Takemasa, Director-General of Kobe District Transport Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity to use in Hyogo Road Transport Department and the other ⑷ Delivery period : From 10 March 2026 through 9 March 2027 (Hyogo) From 1 April 2026 through 31 March 2027 (Himeji) ⑸ Delivery place : Within of jurisdiction, Hyogo Road Transport Department and Himeji Office for Motor Vehicle Inspection and Registration ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender shall be those who : ① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have grade "A", "B" or "C" of level of interest in the "sale of product" in Kinki district in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years, 2025/2026/2027. ④ Have registration in accordance with the Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act. ⑤ Must be a person who meets the requirement of describing to the tender manual from the viewpoint of measures for controlling global warming as a tender participation qualification that expense load act charge provides based on 73 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ⑥ Acquire the electronic certificate in case of using the Electronic Procurement system https://www.p-portal.go.jp/pps-web-biz/ ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 10 : 00, 9 January 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : KODERA Hiroyuki Budget and Accounts Division, Kobe District Transport Bureau, 1-1 Hatobacho 1 chome chuo-ku Kobe 650-0042 Japan.
