Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of contracts : Yuko Susa, Managing Director, The Japan Foundation Japanese-Language Institute, Urawa. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products : Electricity to be used at The Japan Foundation Japanese-Language Institute, Urawa. ⑷ Delivery period : From April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2028 ⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Articles 16 or 18 of the Japan Foundation"s Rules for the operation of Accounting. ② have Grade A, B or C classification in Sales in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders (single qualification for every ministry and agency) for fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027. ③ not currently be under suspension of nomination by the Japan Foundation. ④ be able to reliably fulfill the terms of the contract with the Japan Foundation and who have no record of default, delay or other breach of promise over the past year. ⑤ have permission to operate as a general electric enterprise in accordance with Article 3, Section 1 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law, or have registered as a specified scale electric enterprise in accordance with Article 16-2, Section 1 of the same law. ⑥ fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO. ⑦ meet the qualification requirements which may be specified in the tender documentation. ⑺ Time limit of tender : 3 : 00 p.m. January 21, 2026(When submitting the tender by post, the time limit is 5 : 00 p.m. January 20, 2026) ⑻ For details please contact : Mukai, Teachers Training Section, The Japan Foundation Japanese-Language Institute, Urawa 5-6-36 Kita-urawa, Urawa-ku, Saitama-Shi, Saitama 330-0074, JAPAN TEL 048-834-1181 FAX 048-834-1170 E-mail NC_bid@jpf.go.jp
