⑴ The official in charge of the contract of the procuring entity : ISOYAMA Takeshi, Director-General, National Women"s Education Center ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 14, 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be purchased : Provision of Box licenses and Box environment setup services for document management infrastructure construction, 1 set ① Provision of Box licenses (Enterprise) ② Box environment setup services ⑷ Term of contract : As per the specifications ⑸ Fulfillment place : the Independent Administrative Institution National Women"s Education Center ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : A)not come under Section 1 and 2 of Article 13 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for the National Women"s Education Center. Furthermore, minors, person under Conservatorship or person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause, B)have Grade A, B, C or D in "offer of services Etc" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (Unified Qualification for Participating in Tendering Procedures) in the fiscal year 2025.
