⑷ Delivery period : From 1, April, 2026 through 31, March, 2027.
⑸ Delivery place : places to be appointed
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 3 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for National Institution for Youth Education (NIYE).
② Not come under Article 4 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for NIYE.
③ Have the following Grade qualification, for each item in 5⑶ above,
BCFGI have Grade A, B or C in "Sales of Products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency in the fiscal year 2025.
ADEHJ have Grade A, B, C or D in "Sales of Products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency in the fiscal year 2025.
④ Have permission to be a general electric enterprise in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
⑤ Not be currently under suspension of business order as instructed by contractor.
⑥ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
⑺ Time limit for the submission of tender : 12 : 00, 18, November, 2025.
