Summary of notice	Summary A) Nature and quantity of the services to be procured: A lease contract to procure a set of computer equipment for the computer suite of Sapporo Medical University. The equipment shall include, but not be limited to, a series of servers for virtual server environments, personal computer terminals for student use, networked printers that are available for all computers, software licenses required for utilization of these systems, and related components or materials (hereinafter referred to as the "System" including all composing elements heretofore described). The contract shall be under the conditions as follows: (i) the lease fee for the System shall be paid by the month, (ii) the form of bid shall indicate a flat monthly rate, (iii) the contract term shall be six years, starting on 1 April 2026, and ending on 31 March 2032, (iv) the System shall thoroughly be equipped, configured, installed, and wired for a campus network before the first day of the contract term in accordance with specifications indicated by the University, (v) designated delivery points, detailed composition of the System, product warranty terms, and other specific conditions or information shall be described in the explanatory booklet disclosed by Scholarly Communication Center of the University.
