Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Sadanori Ishikawa, Director of Saitama Management Department, Headquarters of National Agriculture and Food Research Organization (NARO) ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity used in Saitama Area : Contract electricity 295kW, Estimated volume of electricity 801,115kWh ⑷ Delivery period : From February 1, 2026 through January 31, 2027. ⑸ Delivery place : described in the specification. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 8 Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for NARO. ② Not come under Article 9 Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for NARO. ③ Have grade A, B, C or D on "Manufacturing of Products" or "Selling of Products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by NARO (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④ Not being suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract. ⑤ Have registered in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law. ⑥ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO. ⑺ Time limit for Application for confirmation of qualification for participating in tender and Proposal : 5 : 00 PM, 25 November, 2025 ⑻ Time limit for tender : 5 : 00 PM, 3 December, 2025 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Hiroyuki Kataoka,Asset management Team, Accounting Section, Saitama Management Department, Headquarters, NARO. 1-40-2 Nissincho saitamashi-kitaku, Saitama 331-8537 Japan.
