Summay of notice	⑴ Contracting Entity : Tomoya Yoshioka, President, Japan Student Services Organization. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Maintenance and improvement of the online application and examinee integrated management system for the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) of year 2026-2028, 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : From the date of this agreement through 31, March, 2029 ⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ have the Grade A or B in terms of the qualification for Participating intender of the "offer of services" by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto･Koushin"etsu area in the fiscal year, 2025, 2026, 2027. ④ not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the President. ⑤ "Law about prevention of an unfair act by a gangster" be not the mobster and the member, the associate member or the person concerned going to be prescriptive in. ⑥ Have experiences which undertake practical use and maintenance of an On-line reception system of more than 15,000 annual use numbers of users (the one equipped with mechanism of the charge collection by cooperation with a settlement vicarious execution service industry person) after April 1, 2020 and have completed discharge without omission. ⑦ Maintain the system to have an appropriate protection crackdown about handling of the personal information which likes the name, the address, the phone number telephone number, the starting work location. (Privacy Mark by JIPDEC is certified.) ⑧ Establish information securities management architecture. (ISMS, ISO27001 or JIS Q27001 is certified.) ⑨ The thing as which ISO9001 by a foundation Japanese conformability authorization society of public interests or the examination registration engine authorized by an overseas authorization engine is certified.
