Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Osamu Fujiwara, Director of the Department of Administration for Kannondai 3 Area, Administrative Headquarters of National Agriculture and Food Research Organization (NARO). ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 24. ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Lease of one unit of a benchtop cell analyzer and sorter. ⑷ Lease period : From 1 March 2026 through 28 February 2030. ⑸ Lease place : Kodaira Research Station for Foreign Animal Diseases, NARO (6-20-1 Josuihoncho, Kodaira City, Tokyo 187-0022, Japan) ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 8 Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for NARO. ② Not come under Article 9 Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for NARO. ③ Have Grade A, B, C or D on "provision of services" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by NARO (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④ Not being suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract. ⑺ Time limit for Application for confirmation of qualification for participating in tender and Proposal : 5 : 00 PM, 13 November, 2025. ⑻ Time limit for tender of mailing : 5 : 00 PM, 4 December, 2025. ⑼ Time limit for tender of bringing : 2 : 00 PM, 5 December, 2025. ⑽ Contact point for the notice : Osamu Fujiwara, Director of the Department of Administration for Kannondai 3 Area, Administrative Headquarters of National Agriculture and Food Research Organization (NARO). 6-20-1 Josuihoncho, Kodaira City, Tokyo, 187-0022 Japan.
