⑴ Contracting entity : Tsuyoshi Nishiya, The Contract Officer, Chief of Procurement and Finance Division, Makomanai garrison, Japan Ground Self Defense Force. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 23 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : CTM Chair ⑷ Delivery Period : January 23 2026 ⑸ Delivery Place : Makomanai garrison ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering Procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Participations must not be currently under suspension of tender by contract officer, etc ④ Have Grade A, B, C or D in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Defense (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025/2026/2027 ⑤ Those who can certify that they should deliver contracted amount of goods which must meet requirement listed in a public announcement on procurement ⑥ Those who have testing equipment and personnel available in Japan at an inspection of procurement goods conducted by a contracting officer in charge ⑦ You shall not be requested to eliminate from tenders of Ministry of Defense of Japan by each Prefectural Police in Japan as a crime syndicate concerned agency/trader/dealer and still under such condition.
