Summay of notice	⑴ Contracting Entity : Tomoya Yoshioka, President, Japan Student Services Organization. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 78 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Industrial waste disposal services at the Higashi Ginza office following the office relocation, 1 Set ⑷ Fulfillment period : From The day of the contract was signed through through 31, March, 2026 ⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have the Grade A, B or C qualification during fiscal 2025, 2026, 2027 in provision of services, etc. for Participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency. ④ Not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the President. ⑤ "Law about prevention of an unfair act by a gangster" be not the mobster and the member, the associate member or the person concerned going to be prescriptive in. ⑥ Have a head office, branch office or sales office in one of the three prefectures : Tokyo, Chiba, Saitama or Kanagawa. ⑦ Hold a general waste collection and transportation business license (Chuo-ku), an industrial waste collection and transportation business license (Tokyo and the prefecture where the disposal site is located, etc.), and an industrial waste disposal business license (prefecture where the disposal site is located, etc.). ⑧ Own a facility that holds a measurement certification business registration certificate pursuant to Article 107 of the Measurement Act. ⑨ The department in charge has acquired ISO14000 series "Environmental Management System" certification. ⑩ A system has been established to take appropriate protective measures for the handling of personal information (e.g., receiving Privacy Mark certification). ⑪ The bidder must meet the criteria set out in the bidding documents, taking into consideration factors such as "environmental consideration efforts" and "compliance with superior standards." ⑺ Time limit of tender : 5 : 00 PM 18 September 2025 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Accounting Division, Japan Student Services Organization, 6-18-2 Ginza Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Japan 104-8112 TEL 03-6743-6022
