⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Kiyohiko In, Director, National Hospital Organization Kinkichuo Chest Medical Center ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Gas supply contract : 196,767㎥ ⑷ Fulfillment period : From the next day of gas meter reading date in November, 2025 to the gas meter reading date in November, 2026 ⑸ Fulfillment place : National Hospital Organization Kinkichuo Chest Medical Center ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; ③ have Grade A, B or C in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kinki Region ; ④ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ; ⑤ have register as a gas retail broker in accordance with Article 3, of the Gas Utility Industry Law ; ⑥ prove that they can deliver the gas, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 3 : 00 P.M.
